Moving soon...

This entry goes out to my two followers. So I am moving again shortly, and this blog will be picked up the place has a sweet kitchen and its rent free so all that I have to do is provide my own food. It give me an excuse to write again.

So this one time in a kitchen

Yeah. I haven't forgot about the blog. Um I've just become very annoyed with the results that I have I have nothing but rice and beans. I'll post more stuff shortly when I have the energy and not constantly rejected by places that i Interview at.

Moccha muffins

Foolishness in the kitchen on a Sunday evening.
1/2 cup brown rice flour
1/2 cup starch
1/4 cup Quoin flour
1/4 cup almond milk.
1/2 cup brown suggur
1/4 cup white suguar
2 TBS baking powder
2 TBS xzamtham gum
4 oz chocolate melted
Brew coffee 8 oz with 2 TBS grounds add to mix

Stir into muffin tin. Yeilds 12 bake for 20 mins at 350

Gluten-Free strawberry shortcake loaf

Simple spin on shortcake loaf style E-Z

1/2 cup flour (I used brown rice)
1/2 starch (I used tapioca)
1/2 TB baking powder
1/2 TB xzamtham gum (only needed for GF)
1/2 cup suggar
1/2 cup strawberry puree (or milk type product)
1/2 cup margine (or like product)
1 egg

Mix put in loaf pan. Or muffin tin.
Bake at 325-350 for 30 mins.

(Note my ADD got the better of me and I walked away so the color is off yup I walk away for an extra ten mins oops)

Southwest cornbread

3 chipolate peppers
1 green bell pepper
approximately 1/8 onion

1/3 cup honey (or sugua)

2 1/2 cups cornmeal (I used redmill)
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 1/2 cup milk product (I used almond milk respie to to come later)

Mix all.ingredients well grease pan bake for 35mins at 375

Eh so I messed up the curry but I got an awesome southwest cornbread. With chipolte ! As a back up more to come

Making a curry in a wok for the first time this morning. Yeah I don't know what I'm doing. Lol.
